The Roller Coaster That Is Life..

I was sitting listening to someone speak when they said 'Life is like a roller coaster'. I know that is true. I also know that, for me anyway, most of the time I am choosing which roller coaster I am getting on but that they all come to an end. Sometimes I choose to ride the ones that make me sick or frustrated and I do it repeatedly. Finally I get off and when I do I have learned something. Other times I get one and I never want to get off because it's so much fun, but the truth is that they all come to an end. Some I choose to get off of the others I have to get off of. If I can keep all of the rides in perspective than I can enjoy them for what they are rather than what I am making them out to be. Simply a ride that I am on for the moment.
