Ask and you receive!

Recently I've really been unhappy with the weight I've been gaining and not being able to get on or stick to an exercise program. Years ago I had a Total Gym, yes the one with Chuck Norris and Christy Brinkley, and I loved how easy, yet effective it was! In fact for months and months I have been talking about it, seeing the infomercials on TV and remembering what it was like to have one. Two weeks ago I decided I wanted one! I went on Craigslist.org to see what I could find. I found some but the lot of them were more than I wanted to pay and now that I think about it - only one person responded to my inquiry..lol.

Then I remembered Freecycle! If you haven't heard of Freecycle it is a community of people who make offers or requests for items they want or want to give away. Its really amazing!! So anyway I posted in my Freecycle group not expecting anything - I mean C'MON it's a TOTAL GYM - but I asked anyway. (as my EFT practitioner Cathleen Campbell says 'Ask and Receive' so ask I did!)

Not only did I get a response in less then 30 minutes but it was much better than I could've even hoped for! It was a Total Gym XL...never, NEVER thought that I would get that amazing results yet that is what happens when you ask, believe and then receive! EVEN MORE AMAZING Then the one offer - was getting two!! Crazy!! I was able to help someone else get one as well...it was great!! Love how my life keeps unfolding...still working through the crap of what I've created in the past but it is definitely clearing out and creating some new, amazing realities.
